Pros
Mostly great people to work with and stable company.
Cons
Back to the office with 100% population with no work from home or flex schedules when many companies are offering this. No brainer to look at other companies improving their policies and helping employees work life balance instead of digging in to the past ways. Pizza and ice cream won't cover up the fact that a lot of employees don't want to be in a loud, overcrowded cube farm like they were before
