ONLY ONE! The only pros this company had was that it had saturday and sunday off (that too used to be working if the holiday in the previous week was an Indian Holiday).
Cons
EVERYTHING! Work experience at the company heavily depends on your manager. Even if an employee was meeting the stipulated performance criteria in the previous months, there were several instances where employees were advised to undergo a PIP-Personal Improvement Plan based on unsatisfactory performance of just one month, so as to shift underperforming employees to other projects.(Decision to put on PIP depends on the performance of past 3-4 months). Furthermore, many projects had been withdrawn in a short period of time, pushing employees to bench without any project to work for several months. The managers here are unprofessional, lacking basic work ethics. In addition to that, salary is painfully low to sustain in a city like Navi mumbai. The expectations of managers from juniors are highly unrealistic.
