Salary comes on time and you get drops to home when you work late nights. They pay better than market standards in case you negotiate during joining.
Cons
The company is a house of cards with no idea what they are doing. They do not have business or accounts and they keep telling that new huge business is coming. Since past 6 months they have been saying new accounts are coming but nothing materializes. Every now and then they change the way of working on the floor. They keep raising and have unrealistic targets. Being a doctor and doing this job is a injustice to the degree of being a doctor. In case all the avenues in industry are over and you need a job only to survive then join this company. The paygrade is also irregular and no parity in salary. The management is totally biased and favors only people who do not question and continue to work as zombies producing results which they will never be satisfied with. Plus the HR and communications keeps posting good reviews on glassdoor to show more light, 5 reviews are from HR Team
