The work was graded based on the activity time recorded by a software. It didn’t take into account how much work is done. If someone take 6 hours to complete the assigned work, they still had to sit and complete the mentioned 8 hours by wasting time on the laptop. They promised a lot of things and didn’t fulfil it. From getting sick leaves to maintaining the said schedule, it was a nightmare. The management would keep meeting exactly 30 mins before the leaving time. And then extend it beyond the working hours. I was also not paid for the notice period I served. And multiple people who resigned were not paid for the notice period they served. I know have mentioned a lot of cons, but there was hardly anything positive being part of IKS
