Not all all employee friendly. Their appraisal process is pathetic. Ratings 2.xx, 3.xx, 4.xx are rounded off to lowest number i.e 2 , 3 or 4 to ensure that employees do not take away money. For that directors and HR are paid well. They have policy of penalizing the associates monetarily for any compliance violations. However strangely the company has lot of unlicensed softwares in use. Their have no bags on floor policy and lot of internet restrictions for employees. But people at higher ranks and IT use net for everything from booking tickets to whatsapp to stock market to porn. Really pathetic. Many people have been fired for accessing porn or using Wifi. But shouldn't the policies be same for all - from directors to CEO to associates. The no bags policy is totally Bakwaas , nobody has reviewed it and whether it is of some use to inventurus or not. Compliance or management who needs it - nobody knows. It is a well known facts that none of the vendors are paid on time. Because of this issue the access door of our room was no working for months.
