Great place to work for many reasons

The people are just too dang nice

Wages are competitive, certain departments are great, CEO was great, the company literally has more money than it knows what to do with. The right department equals a great work place. Lot's of opportunities for growth within certain departments.

Very small company, lack of role definition, extremely political, expectations aren't defined, due to the abundance of money certain managers ask the world. The wrong department equals a terrible situation and I was in the wrong department. Health insurance premiums were very high and the coverage is poor.
