      Great mission. Colleagues shared a strong passion to work at INROADS

      Senior leadership took the organization in a direction that was not best for the organization. 5 years later INROADS is not as competitive as it could be with similar non-profit programs.

      They try to match you with opportunities that are very useful for people trying to their first experiences

      - Mainly focused on helping unrepresented populations, so not the most helpful if you aren't one of these (ex. if you are asian] - Their process towards matching you didn't work for me at all, as I finished all of the steps and the system kept saying my tasks were incomplete - None of the recruiters ever really responded to my followup or requests
