      Good company to learn domain by yourself . Good client base, Good exposure for employees for different markets and clients Work from Home

      Cons

      Very Poor Management Financial instability Poor Project Delivery Limited group of people knows so called product Product is very complex to understand or configure Poor attitude by old employees and Product team. Project Delivery responsibility is only on Delivery team. Product development as per client requirements. Basic product development norms not followed. High level of corporate politics

      Good Company to work for, great learning capabilities. Fast growing, and ambitious management

      Cons

      Politics !!! Politics !!! Politics. Unless and untill you have it in you to fight politics, it doesn't really matter if you are really good, you can never grow. Usual problems of a growing company, no structure. Ever changing goal post.
