- Generally positive environment - nonstop learning and skill honing - they move people around different positions to see what works best - working on really cool pieces that go to important aerospace projects etc - 3 day weekends !

- pay rate could have been better for the ones who added the most value. - no incentive to work faster while making minimal mistakes - communication could have been better but that’s all jobs !
