- pay rate could have been better for the ones who added the most value. - no incentive to work faster while making minimal mistakes - communication could have been better but that’s all jobs !

It's disheartening to see how a once-promising work environment has deteriorated. Communication was often unclear, Overcommits and production falling behind. employees seemed undervalued. It's my hope that the company can address these issues promptly for the well-being of its team and overall success."
