Exciting technology that makes a huge impact on the workforce for the world's largest mining companies. Very results driven and tons of freedom to "hunt" for deals and a real attitude of crushing the competition at any cost.

They struggle with forecasting and unrealistic revenue goals for each year. The industry can be very unpredictable and IMMT has a history of saying " Hey lets grow at 20% this year" as we have hired all these new people and leased this huge building, but the reality is that nobody in that sector is growing at even 10%. Meaning... that many times reality does not correspond with expectations.
