I enjoyed my time at Immersive Technologies

Flexible working hours, overtime, quality product produced, friendly work environment, safety orientated. Overall it has been the best company i have worked for.

Cons

In my position there was little scope for career advancement and personal growth so this would be the only con i can think of.

Pros

Excellent developers, very highly skilled. Great workplace. Nice location. Everyone is very supporting and willing to give advice when needed. Personal projects day (one every fortnight)

Cons

Large amount of Bureaucracy. Virtually no career path, seen many great developers stagnate in lower level developer roles. Almost no professional developer, aside from what you teach yourself in personal projects. Pay does not reflect skill level, while incompetence doesn't rise to the top, neither does talent.
