Pros
My own development, alongside many I know, has been a huge part of my enjoyment whilst working on Inchcape. They are a clear example of a company which recognises hard work and commitment with career progression and other rewards.
Alongside this, the people from top to bottom are passionate and like-minded in providing the best customer experience and creating a fun working environment.
I hope to continue for many years with the company in making it number one.
Cons
The company is currently facing a lot of change and disruption; both internally and externally. The industry as a whole is changing due to developments around the world so this is to be expected.
