A lot of pressure! - Sales Executive Inchcape Employee Review

A lot of pressure and stress put onto you during quiet periods, micro-management to the highest level at times. unrealistic expectations fed down from upper management and complete lack of awareness from upper management which then is passed on by on site managers. From my experience at other dealers, it is very difficult to get basic things done like getting a paint protection from parts without multiple emails/ authorizations and waiting days for it to be done.
