Pros
1. Growing on steroids - you are constantly push to grow both in a personal and professional way. They say "if the team doesn't grow then the company won't grow and that's unacceptable". Couldn't agree more! 2. Amazing team: we are colleagues, teachers to one another, competitors and family in the same time. We're always learning from each other, helping each other and having fun competitions in productivity so working with us will be anything but boring! 3. Working for the greater good: we make a business out of solving social issues. Yes, might sound weird but that's what we're actually doing - finding social problems to solve and making a living out of it (and our results speak for us). 4. You are designing your own job: working for Incitement feels like having your own business as part of something bigger. I joined the team with a business strategy in mind already but I'm looking at a much bigger picture right now. 5. Your opinion matters: I'm not saying that everything is smooth and nice, sharing your opinion gets intense from time to time but it's always being taken in consideration. 6. We don't have a working hours: we own our schedule as long as we deliver in time and in high quality.
Cons
1. There's no comfort zone: it's a big pro as it's forcing us to grow and learn all the time but it also means that it involves a lot of changes and that can get challenging. It works for me because I'm a big fan of adventure. But if you're someone that likes stability this my not be the case as you will be always force to change and improve the way you do things. 2. Incitement demands results: there is no such thing as a 3rd chance. If you're not performing then you'll get help and some time to be back on track but if that doesn't work then we'll have to go on separate ways.
