Firstly, Incitement’s culture is built on people taking on the responsibility to deliver outstanding performance, and the company gives us the freedom to decide on the conditions that allow us to do so. If it's best to take a day off on Monday, go for it. If it's best to travel and work remotely, go for it. If it's best to work from home for the week, go for it. If it's best to come in at 2pm, go for it. The only condition is that we are responsible for doing what we need to do to deliver the results, with integrity. Management doesn't babysit you, they trust you.
It is a high pressure workplace because we have to deliver. Not because they force us to, but because it is in us to never settle for anything less than great. We have the remarkable freedom to take on challenges we want to, to push ourselves to achieving more, to take charge and pave our own careers. It is incredibly satisfying to see us conquer such challenges. And more than that, it is satisfying to see all of us achieve it together. Whatever we achieve, we say "We did it," not "I did it”.
