      Company was fairly stable and the work was engaging

      Cons

      The executives could come back down to earth especially after the salaries were leaked. Also good luck getting a promotion, there are people that wait 10 years and someone has to retire to get a raise.

      Pros

      Work from home after Covid. Work/life balance. On prem environment was great.

      Cons

      Managers follow the leader…. Nothing special. Glad I left when I did. Seems like current state, many of my friends will lose their jobs with MVP merger. My guess is 75% layoffs, so 700 + will be looking for new jobs. Good luck out there.
