Pros

Compensation is good Transferable to location of choice

Cons

-Work depends on posting. If you are posted to one of the terminals or bottling plants you will have a tough time managing shifts. Pipeline divisional offices and Area offices involving distribution and marketing are the best places to work but these postings are rare. -Difficulty in dealing with labour - especially for women. Physical work also involved sometimes. -No flexible timings for bottling plants and terminals. Have to operate in shifts - Some of the remote locations do not have accomodation facilities and the support provided by the company to accomodate individuals in such locations is very poor
