      Pros

      The supervisor had some flexibility in schedule and I was able to set the general tone at the facility. I enjoyed the opportunities of being able to help people and my staff.

      Cons

      Salary position. I did take the bulk of my extra time worked back in comp but it was not always possible. The salary was too low for the position. The hospital upper management at my facility interfered with my duties.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      Cons

      pay is low, increases are very small
