If I could give zero stars, I would - Urban Farmer Infarm Employee Review

Please don't work here. Being a start up is not an excuse for the chaotic work environment. The leadership team in New York does not care about the employees in the other cities, especially the folks working in the stores. They make a lot of promises and there is never any follow through. It is also not a sustainably ran company. The farms have to be continuously drained and refilled due to algae and so much food waste. The product does not sell in stores and plants that do not meet the size requirements are tossed.
