- Unorganised exec team - no planning involved in big decisions, and any product/company roadmap is dictated by client demands, rather than what the company wants and more importantly, what the company can handle. Very happy to let employees take the hit when consequences occur from their lack of organisation
- Employee welfare and happiness is not a top priority for the company, despite saying it is. The company is trying to create a great working environment by injecting superficial benefits (e.g. free lunch on Mondays, free fruit), however what they need to focus on is creating a company which rewards hard work, constantly challenges their staff, whilst supporting and trusting their employees to do a great job
- Lack of adherence to company procedures and documentation around company policies and employee rights. Evidenced by immediate dismissal of a very good and hard-working colleague, who had moved to a different country in support of the company's growth, and has contributed immensely to the success of one of their international offices
- Employees are not appreciated and not fairly compensated for their hard work - evidenced by lack of bonus payouts to all employees and unrealistic revenue targets for commission based roles
- New starter inductions are variable - really depends on what team you are in and how busy they are
