Pros

You can tell which reviews on here are from management. I remember people in HR and sales telling me they would be asked to make up accounts and post positive reviews.

Cons

-management sells you a dream that if you work hard you will be reward... People worked here for over 5 years putting in blood, sweat and tears only to be rewarded with a grad rate salary -poor HR practices, you will raise a concern and management will twist it so you're the bad guy -management will attack your self worth and beat you down so you honestly start to feel like you don't deserve better conditions or pay -management make you feel like you owe them something because they gave you your first job in Australia -they will sell you an idea that you're going to be an expert in a certain technology when the technology is incredibly outdated and only used by one of their clients. I stupidly trusted them here and now have limited myself so much in my job search. -they make you do training on the weekends and you don't even leave the training with a certificate... It's usually a mate of someone in the business giving us their glorified experience using a technology or framework. Selling themselves as an expert when they really took a LinkedIn learning course themselves.

Pros

Good company to start career as a graduate but leave if you want growth.

Cons

There are two big cons - 1. Limited opportunity for growth. They have their own trusted circle and they prefer to keep same people in management. Irrespective of how well you perform, you will be kept as a junior associate and roles will be assigned accordingly. 2. Biggest con in my opinion is the leadership attitude towards people who decide to move on. The shift in behaviour is shocking. You will be treated unprofessionally so brace for impact once you resign 🙂
