Thank you for taking your time to leave us your feedback. We are consistently working on improving our employee development programs. We are sorry to hear your experience was not the best one. There is a common misconception that SMS is somehow outdated (and it is true for P2P SMS), however the A2P messaging solutions we are focused on are still widely used and show even more potential in the future. In the light of raised security concerns SMS technology proved to be the ground breaking solution. There is a bright future for A2P messaging solutions, and our booming business is one of the evidences.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your positive remark on our our company culture. We are proud of the inclusive, diverse, collaborative environment that we have built and continue to nurture across all the regions and countries we work in. In terms of your feedback on remote work, flexibility is a key part of our approach and we have several types of work models designed to meet both employees and business needs, while keeping productivity and efficiency on a high level and getting the work done. Thanks again for being part of Infobip and for helping us grow stronger together.

Pros

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Cons

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
