I’m grateful for everything. I’m fortunate to have supportive leaders—from my colleagues and line manager to the directors and VP. They’ve been incredibly welcoming and supportive, making me feel fully integrated into the team from the start, never like a stranger though i'm thousand miles away from them.

Cons

besides the growth opportunities, i have nothing to complain about.
