      Depending on the group/pillar you are in, the company provides a good balance between work and life. Flexibility to work from home, or from the office is up to you. Flexibility to start work is fine as well, as long as you complete your tasks on time

      Cons

      Pay and benefits not reviewed to match the current market offer and the high inflation. Pretty stagnant pay rise, bonus is menial and subjective.
