No employee is expected to consume alcohol, nor is employment conditional upon the employee’s decision to consume an alcoholic beverage at a Company Event. Employees who choose to drink alcoholic beverages at Company Events are expected to behave in accordance with usual business standards and all Company policies, as well as the Code of Business Conduct.
