Pros
Salary is good. But beware they pay more because then will load you with work. You wont be able to take small breaks as well.
Cons
Not sure about other teams . But Global customer support team is pathetic. Never ever join GCS support team. Work quality is good. Learning is also good. But Work pressure is too much, They don't care about you work life balance. In 9 hours shift only they will suck your blood. Senior employees have chill life. They simply bluff to management that they are working but most of the time they would be doing on and off.
