Pros

The facilities staff are all very friendly

Cons

1. Benefits package gives the very minimum - 3 paid days sick for the whole year, minimum pension contribution, minimum paternity/maternity, only 20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) with no option to buy more 2. The facilities here aren't that great - no microwave or fridge as they have a canteen on site which I was told they want people spending money on hence nowhere to heat up or store your own food 3. The systems are completely outdated...all using Windows 8, with some of the worst chairs, monitors, laptops that I've seen in any work setting 4. 40 hour working week for Infosys employees whereas the Compass teams are doing less...unfair as everyone should be on the same hours...brings anomosity as its not being treated equally 5. Office location isn't great as it's in the middle of Rubery which has no nearby train station. If the company wants to be taken seriously, then maybe look to move to Birmingham City Centre which has all the transport/business links instead of being in the middle of nowhere!

Pros

Relatively stable. Instead of being fired, if a contract with a client ends or the client is overstaffed. you are moved to another client. Clean facilities.

Cons

You have to weekly put in your hours in a system that can be troublesome. Work heavily depends on client you are put with. No remote possibilities at all even if the work can be completely remotely. Pay increases are limited to nonexistent unless switching to a trainer or team lead position. Equipment is outdated and problematic unless the client provides their own. Bad employee retention. Depending on client, training can be completely irrelevant to the actual job.
