      Reasonable enough company to work with but hindered by main office policies and micro-management.

      Pros

      Has a certain leniency in regard to rules and regulations while still maintaining a level of professionalism. People are easy enough to work with. Leadership team is fairly approachable.

      Cons

      Schedules might be erratic depending on needs. Limited professional growth opportunities. Head office does a lot of cost-cutting in terms of employee-related perks. A lot of red tape when dealing with head office.

      Micromanaging and fake job info shared during interview

      Friendly colleagues with high teamwork Friendly receptionist chaos is the ladder for those ambitious and workaholic type employee

      Cons

      - Low company benefits - Less company A/L - Fake job advertisement content from HR (selective information shared by HR during the interview process just to ensure you accept the office) - No phone allow when entering the office, not even to answer an urgent call - Micromanage at its finest (ensure 8.5 working hours to clock in the inside office daily, weekly timesheet reporting, and others) - Slow HR system and not supportive HR - Long notice period compare to the market just to ensure the employee hard to get the better offer out there - Low PB that does not align with what promised during the interview

      kind of good opportunity, peaceful.

      Cons

      Management and HR tends to break the promise, never follow-up employee's requirement. HR is being lazy most of the time, and give us wrong advice or answer if they have to work hard for that. Most importantly, unreasonable salary.
