As a fresh engineering graduate, I believe, its the best company to join. The initial training it provides to a fresher is comparable to the best of universities in the World! It can train an average engineering graduate and make an excellent IT professional out of him! Once you are out of training and join the Production, you are ready and confident to face the challenge and excel!

After few years, you may feel that your career growth is not satisfying enough. You might like to explore more, but feel that the scope is limited.
