Pros

Due to the lack of management, I had a lot of free time. I used this time to work on skills that I wanted to get better at. Your experience is what you make of it. People were generally friendly. The small amount of management that was based in the U.S. was very accommodating.

Cons

Lack of management structure made it hard to figure out who to ask to move forward with your career. When I asked to switch projects, I was told to wait for nearly a year and that it would be "soon" whenever I followed up. Also, the technology used to build their company-page is very out of date.

Safe and inclusive workplace – Strong focus on ethics, compliance, and diversity.

Cons

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies.
