- I was hired for a design role, and when I got the contract, it was turned to a "business analyst role" - I'm not the only person this has happened to
- I worked a tech heavy job and the computer was sooo slow, i had to wake up 30-50 min early to just turn it on before a meeting
- Every single process to get anything done (download programs to do your job, submit required goals, request reimbursement, create employee onboarding profiles, etc.) were so long, slow, and complicated
- There are many employee ERGs but when you actually want to make change or solidarity, there's alot of internal pushback and it's all about optics
- Low compensation, and found out I was paid 10k less than someone who was straight out of college, and I had 2.5 years of experience
- There's a mentorship program, but it's also mostly optics
- You get thrown in and hardly any direction
- Everyone knows how bad the processes and systems are; and it's just an on-going joke internally even with people who have been there for years
- It's very unclear who your direct report is, there's no appropriate channel for flagging anything
I'm sure it's a great company for higher roles, but if you're going as entry level or analyst level, you'll last maybe a year before you realize they don't respect you
