Pros

Friendly coworkers. Remote work. 401k and good benefits.

Cons

Managers keeps changing and sometimes don't even care about people they handle. The pay is very low. They said they will give me a java developer job but instead gave me a support position and won't even help me switch. Once you're removed from a project, you're still on our own they won't help you get a new project. If you don't get any you will get laid off. The pay is low for the location of the projects they want to assign you, you won't have enough for even for rent.
