Pros
Very flexible and no micromanagement. This is one of the better sales jobs that I've had in my sales career. Upper management is very supportive and friendly and tries to set you up for success. They pay well if you negotiate for it at the start of the interview process. Definitely would recommend this place to a friend
Cons
100% working from home. This can be a deal-breaker for some people but not myself as it's what I was looking for to begin with.
