Pay is, of course, an important part of that, which is why pay is carefully benchmarked against similar roles with similarly sized companies in the market. In addition to yearly Merit increases, associates, depending on position, have access to additional earning opportunity programs, such as our Team Achievement Dividend (TAD), productivity bonuses, etc. Please talk with your manager or Great Teams Business Partner if you have specific observations or questions.
