Pros
I had worked at Inmar for 5 + years before I was laid off. They have good benefits, great PTO time, and my department was very work / family life understanding. My manager was amazing and I worked under them for the whole time I was there. I could always go to them for help and was always offering me new ways to challenge me and to grow.
Cons
Inmar started out as a wonderful place that really appreciated their employees. The CEO has changed 3 times while I was an employee and as they have changed so has the company culture. The latest CEO came in and slowly all the VP's have left and new ones replaced them. They have were supposed to be hiring all these new people which was part of the pull of them getting the tax credits for the new building. They did hire new people but me and a lot of other employees have been let go in the process. Great Teams is also not very great. While employed I had contacted them several times to take advantage of classes they were offering to update my skills, they never answered my email requests. Also the classes were always shown as full. Instead of offering an employee another open position in the company they will just let you go. They said due to financial reasons I was being let go, no fault of my own. I tried to get rehired for other positions, they either did not call me back or the one time I was offered a phone interview I waited by the phone for an hour at the appointment time but no one called me back.
