There was a learning curve for me at the beginning.

If you ever wanted to have the experience of joining a cult, this is the place! Upper management has a crazy cult like mentality of "buy in or get out." It's like scientology for the employed (and soon to be unemployed!)

Management has inflated egos, and have clearly never been checked. CEO thinks he's innovative, but spends his time wanting to be like the red-pill, online, famous, podcaster CEO's. If you ever want to get a job here, all you gotta do is know someone in upper management. Every week feels like a fight for your job. They will squeeze you dry of all creativity, never tell you why you're fired, and blame their bad business decisions and poor money management on everyone but themselves!
