I believe that Dr. Jones genuinely believes all the patient first/teamwork/rah rah stuff, and if that actually translated to the frontline workers, things would be great. But there is little oversight on the AVP/director level management to ensure alignment with those goals; many of the leaders are holdovers from the prior, much more punitive regime, and nothing was done to help them transition from the dark side. No training, audits, nothing. Any complaints and specific examples of mismanagement are hushed up by HR. Our team had near 100% turnover in the last four years and there has been zero investigation into why.
