The employee engagement survey scores for marketing are fake. The scores are only going up because it's well known that if you write something negative about the team and they can pinpoint you wrote it, they'll give you a piece of paper to sign. This piece of paper kindly states that the marketing team is allowed to look for your replacement while you keep working. As soon as they find someone new, you'll be let go.
