Get rid of mid level leadership. The favoritism is beyond noticeable, and if you speak up about it you get punished and a black mark is out on you. From there any chance of advancement or moving ahead in your career is halted and you become irrelevant. This is an actual fact as I’ve witnessed first hand as well as been a part of those conversations. It’s sad because Insight has the absolute potential to truly be the best place to work. Don’t take my word for it - Look at other reviews and look at the turn over rate and look at their LinkedIn. You will always see the same people when they promote internal events.
