Pros
If you are getting your feet wet in the IT industry for network, sysadmin, etc, this will be a good first place out of college, military, etc. You would be exposed to a lot and get to feel out some technologies, and see a corporate environment with not many expectations on prior work experience. Your lateral coworkers will be cool folks to work with.
Cons
The management is terrible and has no idea where they are headed all the way up. Google their continued history of high turnover and layoffs. Google the exec's history with prior companies also nose-diving. Even the benefits you get you will not be allowed to exercise. Great place for entry experience, then get out.
