Pros

Easy job to get right out of college. So if you have a bad resume and no experience but need a job- Insight Global is here for you! A lot of sorority girls who have no experience or intelligence to get other jobs end up here for a year or two until they get married.

Cons

It’s never a good sign when a company tries to lure you with money. It’s a sales pitch about potential and not reality. Immediately they talk about “6 figures” which goes to show they aren’t actually a company that will build you up. They love to talk about outliers- very much a pyramid scheme type feel. They mass recruit everyone and talk to you as if you are brilliant. I have seen them speak to people with 2 years of college left and give them offers within 5 minutes of talking. It’s honestly pathetic how easy it is. You will make horrible money and 45k+ is successful for most.

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
