Pros

- Amazing people to work with. Everyone is very similar in age and similar personality types, so very easy to get a long with everyone! - Open office environment. The office is open to ensure open flow of communication and if you need help with anything, someone is in arm lengths away. - Amazing opportunity for succuss! Everyone is promoted from within, so everyone has your best interest in mind to get you promoted and to the next level. Getting someone promoted means driving more and more business

Cons

- Hours are a little tough at first but easy to get use to. Expect to be in the office from 7:30 to 5:30 some days. Like I said they are easy to get used to.

Great company to work for- competitive comp plan and you can make really good money.

Cons

It’s hard work but if you are willing to put it in it pays off

Pros

Can make good money, your coworkers are great

Cons

- work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
