All this company does well is sell the idea of Insight Global, they paint a great picture, but it's merely a fabrication - Recruiter Insight Global Employee Review

Pros

The people are really "Pretty"

Cons

- Promote after working drinking, actually require it although they cannot mandate this legally, but essentially you wont be promoted unless you are the life of the party. - Make false promises. They will tell you will be promoted ASAP, and flatter you, and you will believe it. But don't let that fool you, office politics are the biggest factor here - if they don't like you, and I mean everyone has to like you, you won't make it in the company. - You sit at a desk from 7am to 5pm and you call people, and they aren't focused on quality job placement. They just merely want to get you on the phone, and sell you the job even if its not a good fit. - The dress code is ridiculous considering you sit at a desk all day. You can not legally mandate someone to wear heels. - You will do all recruiting work for account managers who simply don't care. - If you want to be happy - and I mean really happy, and you don't want to work miserable hours with people who only talk about their college life, then DO NOT work here. Oh and most of these positive reviews, the ones written by PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE as a recruiter , not people who have been employed for another company by Insight Global.. well take a guess as to where they come from. It's Sales... have to promote a positive image :) Take this post to heart people when considering taking a interview with them. Feel like the process is rushed, like they are just too nice, yeah go with your gut feeling.

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
