      Everyone at Insight Global has your best interest at heart and truly wants you to succeed. They promote hard work and reward it well... truly it is worth every minute! Insight Global is like a second family and it makes going to work that much better. The opportunity that is created at Insight Global is out of this world - you will never hit any ceilings here! The sky is the limit if you are willing to work for it!!

      Cons

      If you don't want to jump in, work hard and get down to business - this isn't the place for you. It takes hard work to be successful and you have to be determined to do so. You must be willing to challenge yourself.

      Great company to work for- competitive comp plan and you can make really good money.

      Cons

      It’s hard work but if you are willing to put it in it pays off

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
