      Insight Global was able to quickly find a company to match me with. They set up the interview and met me onsite for the interview. Throughout the process, my recruiter stayed in contact with me to make sure I had everything I needed and to keep me up to date on the decision process. Once I was hired, Insight Global even had the account manager meet me onsite for my first day at my new job. Outstanding service

      I have not experienced a downside to working with Insight Global as a hiring agency.

      They look for any jobs that are available and are very responsive.

      Contract- there could be a month where you don’t get hours.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
