Pros

Decent Pay Has a strong employee-centered culture Not lazy at all Gives back to the community Growth-oriented Creative thinkers A few really good leaders there.

Cons

Benefits are truly bad. Terrible internal systems. Sales hires are type-casts. They all look and act exactly the same... fake. That's not diversity. Too many undocumented processes. Too many critical processes are run out of spreadsheets. Too many C-levels and Presidents making decisions without regard to impact. Key metrics never agree from one report to another. Very foul-mouthed organization. They call it "being gritty". AKA "Work your people to death because leadership can't plan." Every single thing is the top priority. AKA Leadership is too selfish to look at company-level priorities. Doubling down on "woke" at every chance. Can't speak up if you don't agree without risk of punishment. Data systems seem to die every day. Hide the truth of the financials from the owners. Too much patting each other on the back and too little making hard decisions. CEO talks out both sides of his mouth. Great personality on camera but talks crap on people behind closed doors. Many corporate leadership roles are filled with long-tenured people that came from sales. Not the best choices for highly-skilled specialty roles. Chief Talent Officer is a talent-less arrogant, selfish whiner. Does not belong in any leadership position.

Pros

- Great Training if you're a fresh grad or new to the industry. Does feel a bit redundant after a year or so. - High energy, fun people - Good office spaces - A chance to make a lot of money

Cons

- Low base pay. $40k/yr - You'll hear "If you stay you'll be successful" but in my experience it's "if you're successful you'll stay" and most people aren't. - This is location dependent but in my office (in a smaller territory) there seemed to be no interest in our services. 2-3 other Account Managers had ownership over the only large accounts and the rest of us had to fight for scraps. The way they handle account ownership is a gift and curse. - Heavyyyyy grind culture. I love working hard as the next guy but when I put out 300+ manual cold calls a day, week after week, with no success and my manager's only advice is to try harder, that'll wear you down. - Very high turnover. I made a friend group at training of 5 other people when I started. In less than 2 years 5/6 of us left (including me). Most office seem like revolving doors of employees - Kind of feels like they use young people as pawns. Get them to hustle for 1-2 years, hope that they get lucky and strike gold, and if they don't just tell them they need to be "Grittier." I watched incompetent people make absurd amounts of money and very talented people fail time and time again.
