They were responsive To both email and phone They Advocated for me well on pay and with the client (a major airline)
Cons
When a second opportunity was taken and contract ended I wanted out because it wasnt feeling "like a good fit". They (recruiter/acct mgr) pushed back saying that no they want to extend your contract youre fine youre fine. But I felt abit in over my head. I went for the extension. 4 weeks later I was promptly let go. This is on me, however, I believe the recruiter should have listened to me instead of pushing for continuation (funds them) and I wouldnt have been fired. My assigned recruited changed about two or three times within 5 years This is to be expected though I suppose. The Account manager often was busy or unreachable, wasnt a huge problem though Pay was bi-weekly, wish it was weekly.
