The company has failed to keep up with the growth over the years. They offer no training for new employees, the technology is very outdated, some managers and supervisors are not qualified, lack people skills and play favorites. Conflict among departments is encouraged and there is no unity or collaboration. If you have a good idea, you learn to keep it to yourself and not bother your superiors with it. Even if they pretend to listen, it will go nowhere. I've seen some unethical practices at multiple levels in the organization. A lot of times the focus is on hiding the problems or covering up in order to make your boss look good in front of their boss and so on. That's all you need to advance and become a favorite. Very low morale and high turnover rate. People are overworked and forced into overtime and volunteer projects.
