Oh, you absolutely matter! Our employees are the most critical part of our success as a company, so certainly don’t want it to feel like we are not appreciating what really matters, our people and the clients we serve! That said, I know change is hard, especially if you’ve been with us a long time. We’ve grown from 400 to 1500 employees within the last 12 months, and when you grow overnight like we have (and will continue to do) we have to change the way we operate. We’re becoming a much bigger company! And with more people there becomes a need for more guidelines and more process.
